We ship to Norway, Sweden, Denmark, the UK, and the European Union.

Delivery times:

Norway: 3-7 business days

Sweden & Denmark: 3-7 business days

UK: 5-10 business days

EU: 5-10 business days

All orders ship with tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping cost:

Flat rate shipping on all orders. Free shipping on orders over 999 kr in Norway and Sweden, and over 1,499 kr (or the equivalent in your local currency) in the UK and EU.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Auralie piece. If you're not completely happy, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

To start a return:

Email us at hello@auraliejewelry.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we'll send you the return address and instructions. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

Conditions:

Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at hello@auraliejewelry.com within 10 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.

Refund processing:

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. The refund goes back to your original payment method.
