What is moissanite?
Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone that rivals diamonds in brilliance and fire. It scores 9.25 on the Mohs hardness scale (diamonds are 10), making it extremely durable for everyday wear. It's also significantly more affordable and 100% conflict-free.
Is your jewelry real silver?
Yes. All our silver pieces are made from genuine 925 sterling silver. Our gold pieces use 14K or 18K gold plating or gold vermeil over a sterling silver base.
Will the gold plating wear off?
With normal care, gold-plated pieces last well. Avoid contact with water, perfume, and lotions to extend the life of the plating. Gold vermeil pieces (a thicker layer of gold) are more durable than standard plating.
Do your moissanite pieces come with certification?
Yes. All moissanite pieces come with an official certificate of authenticity confirming the stone's quality and VVS1 clarity grade.

How long does delivery take?
Norway: 3-7 business days. Sweden, Denmark, UK, and EU: 5-10 business days. All orders include tracking.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping on orders over 999 kr (Norway) or equivalent in your local currency.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Returns & Care
What is your return policy?
14-day returns on unworn items in original packaging. Earrings excluded for hygiene reasons unless defective. Email hello@auralie.no to start a return.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Store pieces separately to avoid scratching. Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or applying perfume. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing. Silver pieces can be polished with the included polishing cloth.
