We ship to Norway, Sweden, Denmark, the UK, and the European Union.

Delivery times:

Norway: 3-7 business days

Sweden & Denmark: 3-7 business days

UK: 5-10 business days

EU: 5-10 business days

All orders ship with tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping cost:

Flat rate shipping on all orders. Free shipping on orders over 999 kr (Norway) or equivalent in your local currency.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Auralie piece. If you're not completely happy, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

To start a return:

Email us at hello@auralie.no with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return label and instructions.

Conditions:

Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items:

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, email us with photos within 48 hours and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund processing:

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. The refund goes back to your original payment method.
